At COSO IT Consulting, we strive to offer our clients top-quality consulting services tailored to their unique business needs. We understand, however, that circumstances can change, leading to the need for cancellation or adjustments to our services. This policy aims to outline the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled, ensuring a transparent and fair process for our clients.
For ongoing services (e.g., monthly consulting packages), clients must provide a 30-day written notice to cancel their services. If the cancellation notice is not provided within this timeframe, the client will be responsible for the next billing cycle's charges.
Participants in education and training programs may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the program start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total course cost.
For ongoing services, clients are eligible for a refund of the prorated amount for the unused portion of the service, provided the 30-day cancellation notice requirement is met.
Refunds for Certification Courses, Business, and Technology courses can be requested within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the request approval.
For cancellations of education and training courses within the permitted timeframe, refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days of the cancellation confirmation.
