COSO IT Consulting Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At COSO IT Consulting, we strive to offer our clients top-quality consulting services tailored to their unique business needs. We understand, however, that circumstances can change, leading to the need for cancellation or adjustments to our services. This policy aims to outline the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled, ensuring a transparent and fair process for our clients.

Cancellation Policy

Project-Based Services

  • Notice Period: Clients may cancel their project-based services within 7 days of the project start date without incurring any penalties.
  • Cancellation After Notice Period: Cancellations made after the 7-day notice period may incur a cancellation fee, which will be a percentage of the total project cost. This fee compensates for the resources allocated and work already performed.
    • 7 to 14 days after project start: 25% of total project cost
    • 15 to 30 days after project start: 50% of total project cost
    • More than 30 days after project start: No refund available

Ongoing Services

For ongoing services (e.g., monthly consulting packages), clients must provide a 30-day written notice to cancel their services. If the cancellation notice is not provided within this timeframe, the client will be responsible for the next billing cycle's charges.

Refund Policy

Project-Based Services

Refunds for project-based services are available under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Issued if the cancellation occurs within the 7-day notice period and no substantial work has been performed.
  • Partial Refund: Determined based on the stage of project completion and expenses incurred by COSO up to the point of cancellation. The specific refund amount will be calculated and communicated to the client.

Ongoing Services

For ongoing services, clients are eligible for a refund of the prorated amount for the unused portion of the service, provided the 30-day cancellation notice requirement is met.

Process for Requesting Cancellations and Refunds

To request a cancellation or refund, clients must:

  1. Send a written notice to COSO IT Consulting's client service team via email at contact email.
  2. Provide a clear reason for the cancellation or refund request and any relevant documentation.
  3. Await confirmation from COSO IT Consulting. We will process your request and respond within 7 business days.

Modifications to the Policy

COSO IT Consulting reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. We encourage clients to review it periodically to stay informed of any changes.
